The staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. This was the case across the hotel from reception, to restaurant and bar, housekeeping, valet service, security etc., our every need was met with enthusiasm and dedication. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, and we had great views of the city. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. And there are free snacks and drinks served pre-dinner, that was great after a day of working and long commutes in traffic. Thank you to all who made our stay memorable.

Very impressed by this modern new hotel, our suite exceeded all expectations, we were warmly welcomed by treats and wine in our suite , there is also a cocktail hour everyday and all guests receive 2 complimentary drinks , how awesome ! the chefs catered to our vegetarian morning breakfast and it was excellent, could not have asked for anything better.

Fantastic location, brilliant amenities. The staff were very attentive and detail oriented. Special mentions for Lamia, Shakil and Faheem for going above and beyond throughout our stay. Will definitely be back. The hotel is stunning, we definitely recommend for anyone looking for a central location with a luxury vibe to stay here!

The staff made the stay all the more better jiya and jehan heaven and harmony were all very welcoming friendly accommodating. The suite was above expectations great amenities comfortable bedding and clean hotel

Loved the evening reception they hosted us during both nights of my stay. That was a lovely surprise. Also the front desk staff, especially Basas, took into account my night flight and gave me the courtesy of a late checkout.
